Dr. Njide Okonjo-Udochi MD,MPH,MBA,MS FAAFP
Position: CEO and Founder, Tripartite Group
Dr. Njide Okonjo-Udochi is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, social development, and strategic partnerships. She is a renowned expert in leveraging AI and technology to drive systemic change in underserved communities, particularly in Africa. Her leadership is rooted in a deep commitment to creating sustainable, equitable solutions that address critical challenges in health, education, and social development. She has held leadership positions in several international organizations and is known for her work in transforming public health systems and strengthening human capital. Dr. Okonjo-Udochi is also a strong advocate for gender equality and women’s empowerment, particularly in the STEM fields.
Dr. Clotilde Monguya
Position: Chief Operations Officer
Dr. Clotilde Monguya brings more than 15 years of experience in global development and strategy. With expertise in social entrepreneurship and international development, Dr. Bio has a proven track record of working with governmental and non-governmental organizations to address critical issues in education, health, and climate change. Her strategic vision and ability to foster high-impact partnerships have been instrumental in advancing TG’s mission. She is passionate about using data-driven approaches to achieve measurable impact and has worked extensively in West Africa to promote educational opportunities and enhance community resilience.
Dr. Deborah Kariuki
Position: Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Deborah Kariuki is a dynamic leader with expertise in operations management, healthcare systems, and global development. With over 12 years of experience working in both public and private sector organizations, Dr. Kariuki has a strong focus on healthcare systems strengthening and improving access to care for marginalized populations. She has worked extensively with international agencies to drive innovations in digital health and public health policy. Dr. Kariuki’s leadership ensures that TG’s operations are efficient, sustainable, and impact-driven, with a focus on community empowerment.
Ms Awodwa Kwababa
Position: Special Assistant to the CEO
